Sam p internetsam. I was playing Simpsons Tapped Out and something to happens fairly frequently happened again, my phone just frozen up so I did what I always do and held the power button down only this time it didn’t reboot, instead the screen won’t turn back on and the red notification light it can be either red or green depending on the notification is stuck on.
I think it was on before it froze though. I’ve tried holding the power button down for an entire minute and nothing happened. The battery is non-removable.
So I’m really stuck as to what I need to do. Tracy Ryan. Sam p, did you find a resolution to this?
I had the same thing happen to me today. I wasn’t playing Simpsons though. That would have been way funner :. I actually did figure it out.
You have to hold down both the volume buttons and the power button at the same time for up to 2 minutes and it’ll force a hard reboot.
It most likely won’t take the full 2 but if it doesn’t do it by 2 minutes let me know. This worked miracle’s. I was about to throw this phone away when I went to my last resort google and saw this.

There is a big black sticker above the joint, I should have done a teardown, but it does come out fairly easy. The steps you guys posted did not help me, as I was having the same [black screen, red LED] issue.
Simply disconnect the battery to power off the device and it should be good as new! It does come out, but you need to get that black tape and other parts off first.

When you say black tape, are you talking about the thick black tape wrapped around the batter Also did you have to remove screws or anything I want to take this battery out but I don’t want to cause more harm while doing it.
Any additional info would be great. I no longer use it so I am going to upload a teardown guide for everyone that comes to this landing. I will be back with a link!

Im getting really mad because my blu phone wont turn on to my phone. I restarted it because the camera wasn’t working but it froze on the colorful blu bold like us screen.
I’ve tried rebooting it and restarting and charging but it gets stuck on the colorful blu bold like us screen and i dont think i can take off the back or anything.
27.02.2020 – Perfect phone for a video junkie. The frame has beveled edges that are painted with a faux dark chrome finish to give it the look of polished metal. The camera module protrudes from the surface just a wee bit. That would have been way funner :.

The screen is hard to see outside, due to a mixture of glare, fingerprint grime no oleophobic coating! The tray for memory and SIM cards pops out easily with a tool or paperclip.
